    About you and the role:

    The Global Human Resources Advisory (HRA) team in Dow serves as a centralized support system, addressing employees' HR-related inquiries through digital channels and phone offerings to ensure efficient and accurate assistance, thus playing a vital role in Dow's HR support structure.

    The Workforce Administration (WFA) team in Dow specializes in managing the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, data management, life cycle changes, absence management, and offboarding, across various countries where Dow operates, ensuring an exceptional employee experience through expert consultation and service delivery.

    As Global HRA Discipline Leader at Dow, you'll lead the consolidation of regional HRA activities into one global team, working with experts to build a new team in Mumbai.

    As WFA Discipline Leader, you'll oversee Dow's workforce data in Workday, manage team operations, and integrate new HR programs with guidance from the Global Workforce Administration Experience Leader.

    As Global HRA/WFA Discipline Leader, you ensure adequate staffing to meet service targets, monitor performance metrics, and provide follow-up within the team and partner organizations. You drive your team to achieve operational excellence, demonstrating structure, attention to detail, flexibility, and specialist knowledge in engaging stakeholder interactions.

    Responsibilities:


    • Lead and develop the centralized HRA and WFA team, ensuring growth and career development.


    • Monitor staffing needs and ensure efficient delivery of HRA and WFA activities.


    • Oversee metrics, collaborate with stakeholders, and support strategy implementation.


    • Ensure compliance with data management, privacy regulations, and labor laws.


    • Enhance staff capabilities for exceptional service delivery and stay updated on industry trends.


    • Utilize analytical skills for metrics-driven decision-making.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's or Master's degree with 6-7+ years of relevant experience, including leading people and driving organizational change in centralized business models.


    • Strong structure, process orientation, and attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to engage teams through change.

    Other Qualifications:


    • Cross-functional, cross-cultural change management experience with strategic and analytical mindset.


    • Experience in high-volume operational environments, familiarity with enabling technologies like Workday and ServiceNow.


    • Demonstrated creativity, teamwork, inclusiveness, and problem-solving skills.


    • Strong consulting, quantitative/analytical, and technical skills with ability to manage high workloads and conflicting priorities.


    • Effective communication at all employee levels, balancing global, regional, and local needs.


    • Proactive, employee-centric mindset, ensuring seamless execution and maintaining high work standards in a global network
