  • Candidate has must knowledge of AutoCAD drafters specialize in creating Computer-Aided Design (CAD) models using Autodesk's AutoCAD software.
  • highly trained draftsmen work with architects and engineers to design and create 2D and 3D computer models of buildings and machine parts from blueprints or from scratch.
  • Developing product designs from scratch.
  • Presenting rough design drafts for client approval.
  • Ensuring product designs meet required safety and structural standards.
  • Generating Solid and Surface CAD models using AutoCAD software. These

  • Blending technique and aesthetics to create final designs.

  • Developing product designs from scratch .
  • To execute & monitor the quality level of work in all aspects of Facility Maintenance like core civil related activities, carpentry, painting, flooring, false ceiling, furniture, door, storm water trench, drainage chamber and pest mitigation related activities.
  • To prepare monthly execution Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance report, Building Maintenance request form (BMRF) or Service log report.
  • To prepare QMS related documents such as Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Exhibits, Standard Format (SF), User Requirement Specification (URS) and Request for Proposal (RFP) in Team center Unified (TcU) & ensure implementation of these documents.
  • To maintain documentation system & function in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) norms.
  • To execute renovation or remediation work as per compliance of statutory, regulatory and safety norms.
  • To provide training to technician or designee for corrective action and prevention (CAPA)
  • To raise QMS elements such as Document change request (DCR), Change control Management (CCM), and Non-conformity report (NCR), Corrective and Prevent Action (CAPA) and ensure their closure within timelines & as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
  • To perform & verify the preventive maintenance tasks of Facility Maintenance as per plan & ensure their execution of such tasks in line with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
  • To prepare investigation report for non-conformity and send to Facility Maintenance Manager for further review.
  • To issue & close documents in Controlled Forms System (CFS).
  • To act as primary user in Maximo system as per requirement & ensure generation & review of
  • To generate service log & work order and ensure consumption & tracking of store materials.
  • To provide guidance and training related to QMS elements such as corrective action and preventive action (CAPA)to Facility Management team members i.e., Technicians.
  • To perform GEMBA rounds as per requirement to enhance Facility Maintenance aspects. To coordinate with vendors for proper execution of work. To follow safety precautions during maintenance work. To maintain the function & its documentation in compliance with current good manufacturing practice(cGMP) and good document practice norms.
  • To plan routine tasks of Facility Maintenance and ensure its closure in given time frame. To prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and verify vendor's received invoice.
  • To approve or reject incoming stores material.
  • To escalate Facility Maintenance Manager in case of any abnormality or non-compliance related to regulatory & safety norms.
