We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce functional consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to understand their business requirements and provide them with functional solutions on the Salesforce platform.     We are looking for someone who can :


    Demonstrate proven expertise as a Salesforce Functional Consultant for over a decade, specializing in CRM solutions.
    Hold Salesforce certifications such as Admin, App Builder, and/or any Consultant-level certifications, with a preference for candidates with ten or more years of experience.
    Exhibit a strong comprehension of CRM processes and a deep knowledge of industry best practices.
    Showcase excellent communication skills, fostering effective collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams.
    Be proficient in analysing complex business processes and translating them into successful Salesforce solutions.
    Have experience conducting user training sessions and creating user-friendly documentation to ensure seamless adoption.
    Display familiarity with integration processes and tools, facilitating the smooth connection of Salesforce with other applications.
    Possess strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

    Key Responsibilities :

    1. Lead the entire lifecycle of business implementation projects, overseeing everything from managing business requirements to integration, configuration, and deploying solutions into production for new ventures.

    2. Evaluate the feasibility of new change requirements, offering clients optimal solutions with well-defined timelines.

    3. Understand the functional design as well as the technical design and architecture to be implemented in the CRM system.

    4. Deliver ongoing product support and maintenance for specific CRM solutions, promptly addressing day-to-day queries and technical challenges that may arise.

    5. Engage with stakeholders to comprehensively gather and analyse business requirements specifically for Salesforce CRM implementation.

    6. Architect and customise Salesforce solutions to align with business needs, prioritising user experience and process efficiency.

    7. Offer expertise in CRM best practices, ensuring the effective utilisation of Salesforce features and functionalities.

    8. Conduct user training sessions and generate documentation to support the smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions among end-users.

    9. Collaborate closely with development teams to seamlessly integrate Salesforce with various systems and applications.

    10. Execute data migration, validation, and cleansing activities to uphold data accuracy and integrity.

    11. Proactively identify and address issues related to Salesforce configuration and user adoption.

    12. Keep abreast of Salesforce updates and suggest enhancements to optimise CRM performance.
