    Our client, a global pioneer in mass customization, crafts distinctive, small-batch personalised products for small businesses, graphic designers, and consumers through diverse brands, powered by a team of 10,000+ experts

    Position: Graphic Designer

    Position Type: Full time

    Experience: Freshers and Minimum 0.6 months of exp

    Location: Remote

    Compensation Range: INR

    Qualifications:

    • Proficient in commercial designing software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
    • Beginner-level skills in conceptualization, including typography, colour theory, layout, and design trends
    • Basic English reading comprehension and beginner-level verbal and written communication skills
    • Holds a degree/diploma in Graphics Designing or a related field
    • Freshers and 0.6 months of minimum exp in freelance (print and corporate identity) or with artistic media firms
    • Participation in workshops and design projects at renowned Art Institutes
    • Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Adaptable to ongoing improvements, rejects cynicism
    • Analytical and logical thinking, considering the customer's perspective for meaningful and relevant designs
    • Technical proficiency in graphic designing software, including Ai, PS, InDesign, and Adobe Stock
    • Strong ethical behaviour, passion, commitment, and drive for quality excellence
    • Aptitude for learning and continuous improvement
    • Receptive to feedback, self-aware, and possesses a growth mindset
    • Effective in working across diverse cultures

    Responsibilities:

    • Create, review, and enhance customer designs for production, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
    • Proactively identify and address issues related to systems, tools, performance, and processes.
    • Resolve customer and manufacturing facility escalations, providing feedback to the Team Lead for future issue prevention.
    • Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance skills relevant to the role.
    • Work in flexible shifts: Morning (07:00 AM to 04:00 PM), Noon (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM), and Night (09:30 PM to 06:30 AM).
