    Role:
    Sr. Manager Trade Marketing


    Location: Mumbai, Corporate Office

    Function: Marketing

    Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

    Reportees: Individual Contributor role

    Industry: Luggage, FMCG, Consumer Durables

    Role purpose: Responsible for planning and executing trade marketing activities and consumer engagement activities in line with the overall marketing strategy across VIP brands to help drive sales and increase brand Develop and execute strategic trade marketing plans aligned with overall marketing objectives and sales goals

    • Plan, develop and execute trade marketing and customer engagement activities including development of pointofsales (POS) materials and promotions to drive market activations and enhance brand visibility at the point of sale
    • Leverage market research and data analysis to manage promotional plans, identify new opportunities, and drive business growth through innovative and targeted campaigns
    • Develop and negotiate promotional terms and agreements with retailers to secure optimal product placement and promotional activity
    • Work closely with the brand teams to ensure alignment of trade marketing initiatives with overall brand strategies
    • Work closely with product team to plan and design product launch and promotion activities
    • Measure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention rates to evaluate the success of brand activation efforts in building longterm relationships with customers
    • Monitor and optimize the allocation of resources and budgets to ensure effective brand activation activities with maximum impact
    • Analyse market trends and competitor activities and formulate strategies in line with business plans
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
    Skills and qualifications:


    • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    • 10 years of relevant experience, with hands on experience with respect to consumer and on ground activations
    • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
