    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in any BPO
    • Strong knowledge of quality control tools and techniques
    • Proficient in conducting dip checks and quality inspections
    • Familiarity with quality management systems and processes
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

    Roles and Responsibilities
