- Experience using Jira, confluence, google sheets etc.
- Software development experience in Linux, Java, RDBMS, building web services and highly scalable applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In addition to Technical Program Management, person should have hands on experience of Agile/Scrum process framework and ceremonies.
- Must have good skills for prioritization, planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments.
- Should be able to plan and align the sprints to achieve business as well as technical goals.
- Person should be able to track and coordinate infra, tech-ops, audit, security related issues and present to leadership.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
