    Description
    • We are looking for a candidate who will drive regional marketing activities in various cities across the country.
    • The candidate will work closely with the central marketing team to drive high quality user acquisition across the specified cities.
    • The ideal candidate should be well versed with negotiation, operations and should have good leadership skills. This role will involve extensive travelling so experience working with hyper local start ups will be a plus.
    • We are looking for a young, energetic individual to join our team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals.
    • You will work in developing and implementing marketing, user acquisition and business development strategies.

    Broad Responsibilities include:

    • Perform market analysis and research on competition and trending services.
    • Manage and update company database and help organize marketing events.
    • You must be able to operate successfully in ambiguous environments and have the ability to handle multiple contending priorities simultaneously.
    • Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential clients
    • Gather market and customer information;
    • Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
      Responding to incoming email / phone enquiries;
    • Recording Sales, Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
    • Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements;
    • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
    • Attaining the market share projected for each product lines.
    • Influence present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
    • Provide marketing information / marketing guidelines to the sales support team.
    • Make a monthly performance report by analysing marketing activities and variances, and initiating corrective actions.
    • Review the annual performance.
    • Conceptualize marketing reports, providing useful insights on performance, market conditions, competitor analysis and suggested plans to management.
    • Prospecting, Identifying, generating new business and generating additional business from existing customer.
    • Make daily sales calls/presentations and achieve monthly revenue/targets.
    • Create and implement strategies to seek out potential partners to promote our solutions.
    • Develop and Maintain Positive Customer Relationship and ensuring proper end to end client servicing
    • Making a plan of action, Pre-call preparation and maintaining accurate sales reports (Daily, weekly, and monthly).
    • Preparing action plans and schedules to identify target market gathering data on the same.
    • Establish and maintain relationship with clients.
    • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation
    • Candidates prefereably from Petrochemicals industry.
    • Product Knowledge of Bitumen Bituminous Products are advantage.
