    Required Warehouse Executive
    Location:SURAT GujaratIndia
    IndustryFMCGIndustry
    Salary15k to 25kMax
    Musthave 13 years of experience in warehouse management or logisticsoperations within the FMCGindustry.
    ResponsibilityArea
    InventoryManagement:
    • Maintainaccurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)or inventory software.
    • Conduct regular stockchecks cycle counts and audits to ensure inventoryaccuracy.
    • Monitor stock levels reorder pointsand lead times to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.

    Logisticsand Shipping:
    • coordinateinbound and outbound shipments including receiving picking packingand dispatching orders.
    • Plan and optimizelogistics routes and transportation modes to minimize costs andensure timely deliveries.
    • Ensure compliancewith shipping regulations safety standards and documentationrequirements.

    TeamSupervision
    • Supervisewarehouse staff including pickers packers forklift operators andinventory clerks.
    • Schedule and allocate tasksto warehouse team members ensuring efficiency and productivity.
    • Train new employees on warehouse proceduressafety protocols and equipmentoperation.

    WarehouseOperations
    • Overseedaytoday warehouse operations including storage shelving andorganization of goods.
    • Maintain a clean safeand organized warehouse environment adhering to health and safetyguidelines.
    • Implement best practices forinventory control space utilization and workflow optimization.

    Reportingand Documentation:
    • Prepareand maintain warehouse reports such as stock movement inventorylevels and shipment tracking.
    • Generateperformance metrics KPIs and dashboards to monitor warehouseoperations and efficiency.
    • Maintain accuratedocumentation including packing lists delivery notes and invoices.

    SKILLS
    Strong leadership communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask prioritize and managetime effectively in a fastpaced environment.
