    Job Description

    Automation and Digitalization group in ANDRITZ functions with a vision of achieving higher level autonomous operations of the chemical process industries. Metris, a digitalization platform of ANDRITZ, offers a range of software technologies focused on Autonomous Solutions, which includes simulation software developed in-house. This position involves development of ExtendSim, a simulation software which offers modeling capabilities for operations research and asset optimization simulations.

    The job responsibilities include the following:

    · Create visualization layers in web dashboard.

    · Enhance https client/server functionalities in the simulation platform.

    · Improve the cloud application architecture and services.

    · Design and develop new features to achieve state-of-the-art simulation functionalities.

    · Improve system quality by identifying software defects, perform root cause analysis and resolve the defects.

    · Work in agile development environment and facilitate periodic software releases.

    DESIRED SKILLS and experiencePrimary Skills:

    · Experience in Java script-based web application development.

    The following additional skills are beneficial.

    · ASP.NET, HTML and CSS

    · C# framework

    · SQL and MONGO DB

    Educational Qualification

    · Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other Engineering disciplines with relevant experience.
