Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties to support Sales Marketing Team (eg, filing, sending emails, typing, copying) Maintain all data through CRM-Software or Excel Format. To generate MIS reports of Sales Team and furnish details to Seniors and Sales Incharge time to time. Coordination with sales team, Plants, Branches, various Departments within the organization.
Co-ordinate with Logistics Department for distribution of materials
Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (eg, proposals, contracts)
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Gather materials and assemble information packages (eg, brochures, promotional materials)
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing customers and new customers
Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (eg, commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process,
Answer customers questions about Cables related and other Companys products
Serve as the point of contact for customers, Sales Team and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests
Speak with others using clear and professional language prepare and review written documents accurately and completely answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others support team to reach common goals listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees and other sales team.

1. Should have a good computer knowledge Eg. MS Office, SAP/ERP, etc.
2. Preparing daily MIS report
3 Familiar with commercial & dispatch function
