Roles and Responsibilities :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, with the ability to tailor methodologies to suit project needs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional project teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and convey project status, risks, and recommendations to senior management.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to project management.
• Solid understanding of IT governance frameworks, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
