The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Siebel professional with 5-8 years of experience in configuration and customization of Siebel CRM applications.

Possess good functional knowledge on call center applications to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.

Customized Siebel applications using Siebel Tools, configuring Siebel objects like views, applets, screens, business components, and business services to align with business needs.

Experience in writing scripts (eScript and JavaScript) for implementing business logic, validations, calculations, and event handling.

Expertise in designing and implementing Siebel workflows for process automation including knowledge of workflow policies.

Experience with Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) for integrating Siebel with external systems. Knowledge of integration objects, data maps, business services

Knowledge of SOAP and RESTful web services. Ability to create and consume Siebel web services for seamless integration with other applications.

Strong knowledge on Siebel data model including Siebel party models. Strong SQL skills for managing data within the Siebel database.

Understanding of Siebel Open UI for creating modern and responsive user interfaces. Knowledge on JQuery, Javascript for UI development.

Proficient in unit testing of Siebel customizations to ensure they meet specifications. Experience in participating in system integration testing and supporting user acceptance testing.

Capability to monitor and optimize the performance of Siebel applications. Experience in identifying and resolving performance
