1. To look after the training and placement activities of students

2. To have close liaison with the industry for the placement of students

3. To organizing workshop and seminar from the industry professionals

4. To collect feedback from the companies coming for placement

5. Arrange training programs for soft skills and for interview-facing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise

6. Sourcing new companies through networking

7. Recruitment & selection

8. Performance management

9. Succession planning

10. Compensation and benefits

11. To send all the documents to the student when the join

12. To collect all the documents from the student when they join

13. To maintain individual student file from their joining till their placement

14. To do proper communication with the student through mail and verbally

15. To send all the proper document to the employees while they join

16. To collect all the proper documentation of the employee

17. To set proper hr. policy for the company maintaining all legalities

18. To tell proper policy of the company to all the student and employee while they join

19. To maintain proper attendance of the student and employee

20. To also do employee engagement and student engagement

21. To do exit formalities for employee and student and take feedback

22. To do admin role

23. To prepare different kind of letter and email

24. To be the front face of the company

25. To talk to different school college for seminar or webinar

26. To connect and to present us to different summit in AVGC and education sector

27. To help in overall growth of the company
