Position Details:

Requirement:
We require a manager to work on a strategic project in Compliance, who can lead the design, both at a policy level and the overall functioning of the BAU process, help co-ordinate the response to the strategy with a focus on the core tenants of automation, integration, and data along with ensuring that the BAU process is functioning correctly.
The role would be for 1 year and may extend beyond that.The role would include reaching out to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and leadership to meet the demands of the project, co-ordinating activities, designing processes & policy dashboards which also includes developing the documentation standards.
The role is wide ranging and would be a good fit for those interested in design but want to move closer to technology.
The candidate should be able to deliver meaningful change, be proactive, be able to lead and navigating difficult problems with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
As a manager develop the strategy aligned with the current roadmapSocialise the strategy with key stakeholders including RM and Global LeadershipLead the design development of monitoring for key policies including translation and management of the developer population.
Present the key reports including the enhancement demonstrating the value for RM and ComplianceFurther developing the BAU process BU designing an automated and efficient processDevelop a plan to support the project.
Work with Global and other RM teams to ensure that we are fully aligned and that a common data strategy is successfully implemented.
Ensuring that documentation standards have been followed and if necessary close the gaps.Understand the data, technology, and process requirements to be able to enhance the current protocols in line with the future strategy.
Ensure that key steps in the plan including testing and release are followed.Ensure that the BAU process is fit for purpose and ensure that quality standards are enhanced.
Understand the different options available with EY and wider market to implement fit for purpose solutions.
Ensure that project and wider leadership is kept informed of the lates developments including any risks and issues.
EssentialMBA or equivalent with at least 10+ years of operations / administrative experience in a global corporate settingAbsolute fluency in spoken and written English; excellent listening comprehension skillsAbility to work independently with well-developed problem-solving skills and understanding of processes.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint)Strong technical understanding of and experience in Risk Management functionProject Management experience preferredEY | Building a better working world
