- Handson experience in PLM CAD, CATIA, Solidworks, DELMIA, and Enovia.
- Strong experience in Testing fundamentals, frameworks, and basic scripting.
- Proficiency in Simulia, Edrawing, Catia Composer, and Draftsight is a plus.
- Good knowledge of SAP Process and support for CATIA V6 and UC4 Jobs.
- Must Resolve customer defects and assign tickets to AMS team members.
- Expert in Review and validate resolved tickets,
- Ability to Analyze P3/P4 incidents to provide feedback and coordinate Service Request (SR) followup while leading P1 calls.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
