    Job Description:

    • Ability to lead & motivate a Quality team to achieve business unit goals
    • Analyze current situation, identify improvement opportunities and recommend measures to streamline processes (As-Is vs To be)
    • Be able communicate fluently with US customers and answer their queries/concerns
    • Act as a change agent and work closely with the operations to optimize Customer value in multiple client engagement
    • Work with delivery and training functions to create feedback loops from quality assessment to training and operations management
    • Extremely high energy team player with a burning desire to succeed in fast paced environment and rapidly evolving market
    • High degree of integrity, work ethic and analytical abilities
    • Track record of delivering high quality services

    Job Specifications

    > Excellent written & verbal communication skills
    > Strong knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel & Power Point are Mandatory)
    > Excellent Personal & Interpersonal Skills
    > Knowledge of Quality Tools Like 5 Why's, Lean & RCA

    > Applicant must have completed at least 18th months with R1RCM
    > Applicant must have completed 12 months in current band/role with R1RCM
    > B & Above rating in the latest appraisal cycle
    > Not on active CAP/PIP/Warning or any other disciplinary actions
    > The Eligibility cut off for all the above with be 31st Jan '24
    > A2 & A3 band employees are eligible to apply"
