    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Human Resources Executive at i-stron Corporation Pvt. Ltd. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for recruitment of candidates and

    HR management, including employee relations, HR policies, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. This is an on-site role located in Mumbai.

    QualificationsRecruitment of Candidates through various job portals as per Company requirements.
    Salary Negotiations of selected candidatesMaintaining compliance of all selected candidates including reference check.
    Experience in developing and implementing HR policiesKnowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and regulationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with integrityProviding Training and Development to all employees as per SOPs
