    Senior Performance Marketer - Google Ads

    Drive client performance and achieve business objectives through paid search campaigns on Google Ads.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads.
    • Lead the end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, structuring, targeting, and bidding strategies.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research and create tailored ad copy for maximum engagement and conversions.

    Key Performance Indicators:

    • Regularly analyze campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, and budgets to improve ROI.
    • Use Google Analytics and other internal tools to track key metrics, derive actionable insights, and report campaign performance to stakeholders.
    • Continuously perform A/B testing on ads, keywords, and landing pages to optimize for performance.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years in performance marketing with a significant part of that spent scaling startups or working in high-impact Digital Marketing agencies.
    • Proven track record of leading campaigns that hit 3X+ ROAS and contributions to growth milestones exceeding $100 million in revenue.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and elevate marketing teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
