Job DescriptionAs a Business Analyst, your role typically involves working under supervision. You would be part of a high performance team that you would be required to collaborate and work. You would be expected to deliver on your core skills and develop additional skills on the job.

You will be a part of the offshore team working with a number of our customer who are ISVS.Typical activities that would be expected areReviewing requirements and creating backlog.

Communicating with senior stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations

Developing and recommending solutions based on research and analysis

Requirements

4+ years experience in BA role

Exposure to BDD, flow diagrams

Liaise in between the business and the Business IT to gather all the requirements and make sure all the requirements are clearly stated and translated to the functional requirements

Evaluate and formulate the objectives, system scope and requirements based on the user needs and industry requirements

Work closely with Product owners to gather and review business requirements and then work with the team to translate those into Epics, Stories, CRs and Bugs.

Support UAT testing of enhancements, defect fixes and on-going release

Work closely with Scrum team to detect and resolve gaps and issues during testing activities

Keep track of the new and changes in requirements of the project

Prepare and track report of the UAT testing activities, testing results and defects discovered

Must have working experience in Agile methodology with scrum team.

Expert in writing detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria

Excellent communication skills and a team player

RequirementsStrong experience in NodeJS backend development, preferably using ExpressJS framework. Solid understanding of asynchronous programing and other Javascript concepts. Has experience in integration to external APIs. Have experience in AWS services especially Lambda and SQS. Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate effectively across many teams.
