    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all operations and activities of the branch, including sales, customer service, administration, and compliance.
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and targets, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
    • Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, such as sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, and take corrective actions as needed.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
    • Collaborate with other departments and branches to optimize processes, share best practices, and achieve overall organizational objectives.
    • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on branch performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in branch management or leadership role within the financial services industry.
    • Strong understanding of banking products, services, and operations.
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Solid understanding of sales techniques, customer service principles, and business development strategies.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and banking software/systems.
