- Oversee all operations and activities of the branch, including sales, customer service, administration, and compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and targets, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
- Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, such as sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.

- Proven experience in branch management or leadership role within the financial services industry.

- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, customer service principles, and business development strategies.
