    About the role

    We're seeking a senior professional with expertise, experience, and strong stakeholder management skills to effectively deliver in accordance with our Agile ways of working to meet key business requirements. In this role, you'll provide vital delivery capabilities throughout sprints, ensuring that business demands affecting revenue, continuity, and innovation are met effectively.

    Key responsibilities

  • Analyse and refine high-level demand submissions to align with project goals.
  • Manage backlog refinement to ensure clarity and readiness for development.
  • Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure deliverables meet SMART objectives.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including Scrum of Scrums, PI Planning, and Dependency Reviews.
  • Utilize Jira data insights for resource capacity planning.
  • Prioritize demands using WSFJ framework while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Qualifications and skills

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in highlighting a deeper understanding of the product manufacturing process and underlying technology platforms, understanding how they function and interact.
  • Evaluate demands and prioritize tasks based on revenue capabilities per site, ensuring alignment with commercial and business objectives to maximize profitability.
  • Strategically plan and organize sprints, meticulously identifying the essential technical capabilities required for each task.
  • Engage in effective negotiation processes to establish delivery timelines that accommodate the needs of both stakeholders and fulfillers, utilizing data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Navigate complex landscapes with conflicting priorities by employing innovative problem-solving techniques, including the careful analysis and re-engineering of sprint approaches to ensure adherence to details.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party suppliers, maintaining and fostering well-established relationships within the procurement ecosystem, and overseeing rigorous governance processes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal functions, spanning across various interdependent towers such as Quality Supply Chain and Information/Cyber Security.
  • Uphold ambitious standards of quality and cost-effectiveness in all deliverables, striving to enhance and uphold the reputation of Design & Engineering as a dependable and knowledgeable technology capability provider.
  • Possession of qualifications such as Certified Scrum Master or Registered Product Owner is highly desirable and beneficial for fulfilling the responsibilities of this role effectively.
