- Bachelor's degree /BE/B-Tech or equivalent in a technical field
- Preparation of standard documentation together with product management, development, and delivery teams, working closely with software architects, engineers and testers
- Revision/Update of documentation, with attention to accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Support software development workflow redefinition by involving yourself in the Scrum process and enforcing standardization measures.
- Conduction of internal user acceptance tests and provision of ad hoc feedback to development teams
- Participation in the evaluation and rollout of supplementary documentation tools to help us progress
- Bachelor's degree /BE/B-Tech or equivalent in a technical field.
- 3-5 years in writing technical documents.
- Strong exposure to writing software documentation for end user, configuration, or programming guides. Or at least working for 2 years with text formatting tools for whatever purpose.
- Good working knowledge of agile development processes
- Familiarity with content management and localization (translation) tools
- Team spirit, strong analytical skills, attention to detail
- Knowledge of Documentation tools like Paligo, Snagit is Plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with excellent level of proficiency in written English.
