    Job Description:

    This role is responsible for leading key initiatives in India, including University Relations, Employer Branding, Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Recruitments, and Strategic Talent Acquisition (TA) Projects.

    The incumbent will oversee end-to-end recruitments, develop campus outreach strategies, engage with students and recent graduates through Internship & Early Career Programs, STEM, and Graduate Hiring initiatives. The primary goal is to build a pipeline of future leaders to drive business growth.

    The role involves supporting recruitment marketing efforts by attracting top external talent and promoting the Abbott brand as an employer of choice. This includes executing brand marketing strategies, creating content, and storytelling through various channels such as social media, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and journey mapping.

    The incumbent will be responsible for driving DEI recruitments and local programs, aligned with global priorities and local market scenarios. They will need to stay up-to-date with external trends, identify opportunities for engagement, and integrate processes and tools to deliver on diversity hiring goals.

    This role reports directly to the TA Director, India region, and collaborates closely with local and global teams to execute country TA strategies. The incumbent may also take on additional initiatives and projects as required, focusing on division or function-specific areas that drive high impact for the business.
