Roles and Responsibility:
Responsible for placing bids, submitting proposals and closing deals on Upwork, freelancer, Guru and LinkedIn.
Responsible for lead generation and taking the prospect to the next stage (client meeting to discuss their needs).
Developing effective sales plans and strategies using sales methodology.
Meeting Sales targets.
Preparing and delivering clients presentations, documents and SRS as per the requirements articulately and confidently.
Would be Responsible for timeline and cost estimation for the project.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
