    The Associate Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a portfolio of projects or initiatives to ensure they align with the organization's strategic goals.

    This role involves managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and resources to deliver successful outcomes within defined timelines and budgets.

    Manage projects across the Organization especially from Product - tech, Marketing and HR functionsAnalyze data to draw actionable insightsDevelop and execute program plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelinesAlign program objectives with the organization's strategic goalsManage a portfolio of projects, and track the deliverablesCollaborate with different stakeholders, including senior management, to define and prioritize program objectivesCommunicate program status, risks, and issues to your manager, founders & leadership teamIdentify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation and contingency plansMaintain program documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports

    Candidate AttributesMust HavesBachelor's/Master's degree from a

    Top tier university2-4 years of experience

    in program management in a startup or consulting firmStrong data analysis skills

    on tools like Excel, google sheets etc.
    Excellent written and verbal

    communication skillsWillingness to program manage projects across the organization especially from Product - tech, Marketing and HR functionsOpen to

    working from office

    on all days (We have 5 days (Mon-Fri) working)
