Position: Team Leader Location: Coimbatore

Candidate preferred from anywhere if they are willing to relocate

Position Type: Full-Time Employment

Work Experience: 1-2 years

Salary: INR 50-55K Age Criteria: Over 18

Qualification: Can be a Graduate in any discipline. Regardless of that , we prefer the below attributes:

1. Sales management skills and experience in handling Sales teams (preferably US or UK process)

2. Excellent Computer literacy

3. Ability to stay positive and handling rejections in cold calls

4. Bubbly personality and well spoken.

5. Must have own laptop with basic Google Chrome, Windows and MS office Core Responsibilities:

Make Outbound cold calls and gather data on the leads network in order to bring new business

Qualify the prospects by asking their eligibility and understanding their pain points.

Warm up the prospects by gauging their interest for calls with our Sales Consultants. Schedule appointments with our Sales Consultants

Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and interest the customers to achieve their daily target.

Previous Job Title: Telesales, US or UK process
