- Prior Human Resources experience essential.
- Prior experience of working on APAC transactions would be advantageous.
- Experience with HR software and systems, Workday preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Well-organized with good time management skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Working knowledge and understanding of HR processes and workflows; strong focus on confidentiality.
- Analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to apply sound judgment to solve problems.
