Description

Design and implement scalable and reliable IT infrastructure solutions.

Knowledge of Office365, Windows, and Linux operating systems, networking, and database systems.

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Manage and maintain servers, networks, and security systems.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Conduct regular system upgrades and maintain documentation of all IT processes.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and efficient operations.

Provide technical support to end-users: Respond to user queries and issues via phone, email, or chat and resolve or escalate as necessary.

Familiarity with ticketing systems.

Follow up with users: Follow up with users to ensure that their issues have been resolved and ensure user satisfaction.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend new solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

3+ years of experience in IT engineering, with a focus on infrastructure and systems administration

Experience with Microsoft Windows, Linux, and network infrastructure

Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure Cloud Platform

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems quickly and effectively.
