    We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Integrations, along with secondary experience in GRC-IRM (Governance, Risk, and Compliance - Integrated Risk Management) and Policy Exception.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Primary Responsibilities:
      • Develop and customize ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
      • Configure and manage Service Catalog items, workflows, and request fulfillment processes.
      • Build and maintain Knowledge Management workflows, article templates, and publishing processes.
      • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST, SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
    • Secondary Responsibilities:
      • Configure and enhance GRC-IRM applications, including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management.
      • Develop workflows and solutions for Policy Exception Management processes.
    • Additional (Optional) Responsibilities:
      • Work with ITOM modules like Discovery, Event Management, and Cloud Management to support operational needs (preferred but not required).

    Qualifications:

    • Technical Skills:
      • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development, including Scoped Applications, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
      • Experience with building and customizing Service Portal widgets is a plus.
      • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrations using APIs, IntegrationHub, and scripting.
      • Familiarity with GRC-IRM processes and configuration.
      • Understanding of ITOM processes like Discovery, Service Mapping, or Event Management (added advantage).
    • Experience:
      • Minimum 4 to 6 years of ServiceNow platform experience.
      • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, Service Catalog, and Integrations.
      • Secondary experience with GRC-IRM and Policy Exceptions.
      • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and their application in ServiceNow.
    • Soft Skills:
      • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
      • Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver solutions within deadlines.

      Preferred Certifications:

      • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.
      • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM or GRC. - Important
      • Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Mandatory
      • Additional certifications in ServiceNow ITOM or Integrations are a plus.
