pportunityWe are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Developer to join our team.

The Senior RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions for our clients.

They will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Additionally, they will provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

​Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions for clientsWork closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needsProvide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycleDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and code samplesStay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in RPA technology and applicationsCollaborate with other developers and architects to ensure consistency and alignment across projectsParticipate in code reviews and provide feedback to development teamsMentor junior developers and provide technical training as neededWho Are We Looking ForWe look for big thinkers. In practice this means:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years in a senior developer roleStrong knowledge of RPA tools and technologies, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue PrismExperience with programming languages such as C#, Java, or PythonStrong understanding of software architecture principles and design patternsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesShape the evolutionWe are on an exciting journey towards the next frontiers of payments technology, and we look for big thinkers, people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow.
