About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled EPM Techno-Functional Professional to lead our efforts in designing and implementing scalable, high-impact planning solutions for enterprise clients across industries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools and a solid background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

You will work with modern EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM, IBM TM1, SAP SAC, Cognos, and Pigment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform finance processes through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end EPM solution design and implementations for enterprise clients
Analyze finance and business requirements to design scalable planning models (OPEX, P&L, Revenue, Workforce)
Act as a subject matter expert in EPM platforms
Build and customize models, dashboards, reports, and workflows within EPM systems
Guide and mentor juniors, ensuring quality delivery and knowledge transfer
Conduct client workshops, demos, and user training sessions
Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure effective solution adoption
Support pre-sales efforts, including solutioning and proposal inputs as needed
Ensure project deliverables align with timelines, budgets, and client expectations

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of total professional experience in any EPM tool implementation
Strong expertise in EPM platforms such as Anaplan (preferred), Oracle Cloud EPM, IBM TM1, SAP SAC, Cognos, Pigment, or similar tools
Solid functional understanding of FP&A processes (OPEX, Revenue Planning, Workforce, etc.)
Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA in Finance
Experience in an IT consulting or system implementation environment
Excellent communication and client engagement skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with flexibility for global time zones
Notice period of less than 45 days preferred

EPM tool design, model building, and solution architecture
Data integration knowledge with ERP systems and BI tools
Experience working with distributed teams across geographies
Exposure to agile implementation methodologies
