    Job Overview

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at Factor Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This is a full-time position based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
    • 0.6 to 1 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment or general HR
    • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
    • Attention to detail and accuracy

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
    • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding process
    • Handle HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR reports
    • Assist in performance management activities, including performance reviews and goal setting
    • Provide support in employee engagement initiatives and employee relations matters
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as employment laws and regulations
    • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
    • Support in organizing employee training and development programs
