    This individual will play a pivotal role in creating and executing a robust planning process with a focus on financials and operating metrics.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business management, financial processes and interdepartmental communication.

    Objectives of the Role:

    • Develop and implement a robust planning process with a strong emphasis on financials and operating metrics, in coordination with senior leadership and department heads.
    • Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and the implementation of initiatives within the planning process.
    • Ensuring that all businesses are in line with the plan, conducting a deep dive into any deviances and collaborating with teams to find solutions.
    • Enhance existing processes and optimize organizational procedures for improved efficiency and productivity
    Responsibilities:

    • Act as a liaison with staff, executives, and senior leaders to ensure effective communication and alignment within the planning process.
    • Foster and develop relationships with all employees to increase operational efficiency and responsiveness.
    • Conduct a deep dive into any deviances from the plan, analysing the root causes and recommending corrective actions
    Required Skills:

    • 3-7 years of experience in a business management or executive role.
    • Experience in organizing and leading multiple teams and departments.
    • Proficiency in planning and executing strategic initiatives with a focus on financials and operating metrics.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Versatility and a strong commitment to efficient productivity
    Preferred Qualifications:

    • CA Professional or Master degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or finance.
    • Experience in data analysis and budget management.
    • Consulting experience with a focus on operations management.
    • Proven success in a project coordination role.
    • Agile business mindset with a focus on developing creative solutions.
    • Strong project reporting skills, with an emphasis on interdepartmental communication.
