    As the Brand Managerat Anandco Sporting Corporation, you will be responsible fordeveloping and implementing strategies to strengthen our brandpresence, drive engagement, and increase brand awareness acrossvarious digital platforms and event exhibitions. You will play akey role in shaping the company's identity and effectivelycommunicating our values and offerings to our targetaudience.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Developand execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhancebrand visibility and recognition in the sportsindustry.
    • Oversee thecreation of engaging and relevant content for digital marketingchannels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, andonlineadvertisements.
    • Managesocial media platforms and community engagement initiatives,fostering meaningful interactions with our audience and buildingbrand loyalty.
    • Plan andcoordinate participation in sports events, exhibitions, and tradeshows, ensuring a compelling brand presence and memorableexperiences forattendees.
    • Collaborate withinternal teams and external partners to create innovative marketingcampaigns and promotional activities aligned with brand objectivesand target audiencepreferences.
    • Monitor andanalyse digital marketing metrics, event performance data, andmarket trends to identify opportunities for optimization andimprovement.
    • Stay updated onindustry developments and emerging technologies in digitalmarketing and event management, leveraging insights to enhancebrand initiatives.
    • Developpartnerships and sponsorships with relevant influencers, athletes,and organisations to amplify brand messaging and reach newaudiences.
    • Ensure brandconsistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketingmaterials andcommunications.
    • Provideregular reports and updates on brand performance, campaigneffectiveness, and ROI to stakeholders and seniormanagement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor'sdegree in marketing, communications, or a relatedfield.
    • 1 to 3 years ofexperience in brand management, digital marketing, or eventexhibition management, preferably in the sportsindustry.
    • Proven trackrecord of developing and executing successful brand marketingcampaigns across digital platforms and eventchannels.
    • Strongunderstanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM,social media advertising, and content marketingstrategies.
    • Excellentproject management skills with the ability to multitask andprioritise tasks effectively in a fast-pacedenvironment.
    • Creativethinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovationand staying ahead of industrytrends.
    • Exceptionalcommunication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability toconvey complex ideas clearly andpersuasively.
