Product Head - Gurgaon/Gurugram, India - BLJ Tech Geeks

Description

You will be responsible for driving product ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and align with the company's strategic objectives.

• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from market research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and iteration.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform product development strategy.
• Work with crossfunctional teams to generate innovative ideas for new products and features that address customer pain points and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop prototypes and conduct user testing to validate product concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the product development process.
• Define project scope, timelines, and milestones, and manage resources and priorities to ensure timely delivery of highquality products.
• Establish and implement quality assurance processes to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and performance.
