    Position: Senior Business Development Associate

    Job Location: Subhash Nagar, Delhi (1 min walk from Subhash Nagar Metro Station)

    Years of Experience: 2-3 Years

    Interview: In Office Face-to-Face

    Working Days: 5 (Sat & Sun OFF)

    Working Shift: 10 AM - 7 PM

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    • Vendor Management: involves salespersons orchestrating a seamless collaboration between vendors and clients by facilitating technical feedback, negotiating terms, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely payment, optimizing project efficiency and client satisfaction.
    • Inbound Calls: Take inbound calls and convert the leads into our clients.
    • Needs Assessment: Understand clients' and customers' business challenges and needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
    • Technical Understanding: Possess a basic understanding of IT and technical stacks to communicate with technical stakeholders and comprehend product offerings effectively.
    • Communication: Articulate the value proposition of our products and services clearly and persuasively, tailoring your communication to different audiences.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
    • Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients and customers to help improve our products and services.
    • Reporting: Using CRM software, maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Technology with sales certifications in a related field.

    Good Knowledge of B2B sales and client/customer handling.

    Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

    Basic understanding of IT and technical stacks.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

    Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

    Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
