    Sales Executive Position

    We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our sales team in the Bio Fertilizers Industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop a thorough understanding of our product portfolio and be able to effectively communicate the benefits of our bio fertilizers to potential customers.
    • Identify potential customers in rural areas and schedule visits to meet with them.
    • Conduct face-to-face meetings with farmers, explain the features and benefits of our products, and provide guidance on product usage.
    • Demonstrate the features and benefits of our products and address any questions that the customers may have.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals, meet sales targets, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • BUILD strong relationships with customers, listen to their feedback, and provide after-sales support as required.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in sales or related field preferred.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills essential.
