- Develop a thorough understanding of our product portfolio and be able to effectively communicate the benefits of our bio fertilizers to potential customers.
- Identify potential customers in rural areas and schedule visits to meet with them.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with farmers, explain the features and benefits of our products, and provide guidance on product usage.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of our products and address any questions that the customers may have.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, meet sales targets, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- BUILD strong relationships with customers, listen to their feedback, and provide after-sales support as required.
- Prior experience in sales or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills essential.
