Job summary

Collaborating with customer RF team for identifying their network gaps and mapping those against Indus sites proactive selling of sharable Indus sites Driving projects to convert non-sharable sites to sharable kitty Timely bill submission along with proper supporting documents to the customers Regular follow-ups and collaboration with customer departments for expediting the bill payments Collect clear undisputed amount Timely validation from user departments on customer disputes Ensuring adherence to committed deadlines by pushing all internal stakeholders Regularly meeting the customer and addressing their grievances Being highly responsive and accessible to the customer Taking all necessary steps to ensure accurate and transparent billing Getting the proposed changes validated and certified from user departments To implement database correction through defined processes NFA WFM DCM Ensuring the corrections have taken effect in ISQ
