About the internship:

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an intern for our Student Section. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the student section of AIPL. You will assist with various tasks related to student services, events coordination, communications, and other administrative duties as required. This position offers an excellent opportunity for students to gain valuable experience in a professional environment while contributing to the success of our student community.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the organization and coordination of student events, workshops, and activities to be held at various colleges and universities

2. Provide support in managing student inquiries and requests, both in person and through electronic communication channels

3. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, participation, and feedback for events and activities

4. Collaborate with other student section members and staff to brainstorm ideas and initiatives for enhancing the student experience

5. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, dispatching of certificates and kits

6. Serve as a positive and welcoming representative of the student section when interacting with students, faculty, staff, and visitors

7. Perform other duties as assigned by the student section coordinator or supervisor

8. Be ready to travel for conferences/events

Stipend:

INR ₹ 20,000 /month
