    Networking TasksNetwork MonitoringKnowledge on SilverPeak SDWANAccess rule changes in Firewall as per the client requirementSprint MPLS access rule changesNew Firewall/Switch Configuration as per Client StandardHandling Wireless Controller/Wireless Access pointsHandling Service-Now Incidents and Changes related to Client networkCoordinate with Vendors to solve the network related issuesKnowledge on AWS Routing, Switching and SecurityTelephony Support Task (8x8)Provide remote support for moves, adds, changes and decommission (IMACDs) and Business as usual (BAU) requestsImplement, manage and maintain dialing plansSupport telephony client on approved end point devicesConduct testing & maintenance activities as required on a regular recurring basisProvide prompt response to any VOIP infrastructure support (e.g., session border controllers, gateways, media servers, and SIP endpoints)Escalate to Avaya for any L3 support and work with them till problem resolutionFacilitate and support Third Party vendor's for the voice connectivity to PBXs and any 911 emergency services/equipmentProvide detailed explanation of Outages that identify the scope impact and preventative measures being taken to prevent future similar Outages (if required coordinating with the OEM)Manage Voicemail services, Directory Listing, documentation of the entire telephony setupIndustry standard Certifications.
