    Overview:

    The ProductDesigner plays a crucial role in our organization responsible forcreating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing digital products thatmeet user needs and business objectives. This role collaboratesclosely with crossfunctional teams to drive the design process fromconcept to delivery ensuring a seamless and engaging userexperience.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Create engaginguser interfaces through wireframes prototypes and visualdesigns
    • Conduct user research and translatefindings into actionable designsolutions
    • Collaborate with product managers andengineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with productgoals
    • Iterate on designs based on user feedbackand usability testing
    • Develop and maintaindesign systems to ensure consistency acrossproducts
    • Stay updated on industry trends andbest practices in UX/UI design
    • Communicatedesign concepts and decisions effectively tostakeholders
    • Advocate for usercentered designprinciples throughout theorganization
    • Participate in crossfunctionalworkshops and brainstorming sessions
    • Contributeto the evolution of the design teams processes andtools

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inDesign HumanComputer Interaction or relatedfield
    • Proven experience in product design forweb and mobile applications
    • Demonstratedproficiency with design tools such as Sketch Adobe Creative Suiteor Figma
    • Strong understanding of UX/UIprinciples and best practices
    • Ability toconduct user research and analyze data to inform designdecisions
    • Excellent communication and teamworkskills
    • Portfolio demonstrating a strong designaesthetic and problemsolving ability
    • Experienceworking in agile developmentenvironments
    • Ability to prioritize and managemultiple projects and deadlines
    • Familiaritywith frontend development technologies is aplus
