    Job Title: QA Engineer (Automation and Manual Testing)

    Location: Bengaluru

    Ctruh is a web-based no-code metaverse builder with a powerful 3D editor at its core, making it easy for brands and individuals to create their own metaverse in a matter of minutes at 1/10th of the cost.

    Ctruh is enabling everyone to create immersive experiences at scale by empowering brands, irrespective of technical background, to delve into immersive mediums eradicating all entry barriers, and enabling everyone to craft VR, AR, and XR experiences in minutes.

    We are looking for a talented QA Engineer with a strong background in both automation and manual testing. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of technical experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts as well as performing manual testing when necessary.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
    • Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
    • Perform manual testing as needed, including exploratory testing, regression testing, and ad-hoc testing.
    • Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide input on testability and quality aspects of the software.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
    • Strong proficiency in both automation and manual testing techniques.
    • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
    • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
    • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
    • Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques.
    • Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., AWS Device Farm, Sauce Labs).
    • ISTQB or similar software testing certification is a plus.
