    Description

    Morphisec, the leading provider of Moving Target Defense for Endpoint Security, is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to join our team at this exciting stage of our company's growth - based in Mumbai, India.

    The role is remote and will travel within the region as needed, to meet with customers and partners.

    We're looking for an excellent communicator that is technically minded and very much ​customer oriented ​​, with a​ ​significant background in Sales, Account Management​​, ​working with customers and business partners in the region​.

    The ideal candidate is passionate about maintaining good relations​ with customers and business partners​, understands today's security landscape, is comfortable ​presenting and ​discussing cyber security and ​Morphisec's products and services with a view to expanding the relationship and revenue from the regional customer base.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve quota on expansion sales to existing customers by finding growth potential within the customer base.
    • ​Work closely with local partners​ and distributors on contract renewals, product education and negotiations
    • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
    • Drive product adoption and ensure customers are leveraging our solution to achieve high business value.
    • Identify and achieve KPI's for renewal rates, churn reduction, customer satisfaction and expansion (such as upsell and cross-sell) opportunities.
    • ​Ensure contract renewals are conducted in a structured manner and within reasonable internally agreed timeframes​.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from on boarding, through implementation, and assume overall customer responsibility and escalation management.
    • Stay current with the most recent changes to our product and educate customers on offerings and updates.
    • Identify and communicate product feature requests to product management.
    • Identify customer risks and collaborate closely with wider team members and executives.
    • Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes.
    • ​Manage and administer customers in the region in a structured way using the company tools ​such as Salesforce.

    Requirements:

    • At least 10​ years' experience working with ​medium and ​​large customers​, and regional partners​​ in an account management role​.
    • Fluent or very high-level English, written and spoken.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; exceptional interpersonal skills
    • Highly motivated, quick thinking, driven and passionate about technology and customer​s.
