    Description

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    • Proven software development experience and Android skills development
    • Developing code with third-party libraries and APIs
    • Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architecture, trends, and emerging technologies
    • Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle
    • Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android
    • Good understanding of Data Structures and Object-Oriented Programming
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
    • Effective implementation of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
    • Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
    • Thorough understanding of the full software development lifecycle Appreciation of Android-specific asynchronous processing techniques
    • Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
    • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ Years of experience in Android App development;
    • B.Tech/ B.E / M.Tech - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
    • Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
    • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
    • Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
