- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in non-IT domains.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
