    Job Responsibilities:

    Design and detailing of display centres (EBCO Showrooms) throughout Karnataka - Layout

    planning, Designing (AUTO CAD, Sketch-Up, Lumion, Revitt, etc) Architectural & Aesthetic

    planning, BOQ (Item List, Items checking, Logistics management for display purpose only)

    Execution and Project completion & new Products study (technical details) and

    implementations at Display, Demo and Showcase in branding.

    Maintenance and updating existing Display centres with new products launched by the

    company(upgrades in the product)

    Demo boards planning, design and execution for dealer distribution and management

    Client interactions with end-user/architects/display walk-ins

    Appointed Person has to handle sales enquiries and propose interior design and space

    planning proposal. Prepare Quotation based on Customers Design and requirement.

    He has to attend walk in, phone enquiries and internet clients

    He has to create Auto CAD drawings for Architectural, Kitchen/ wardrobe cabinet design etc.

    as per client requirement.

    Provide clients with recommendations on suitable architectural design considering factors

    such as building site, cost, and trend. Build new and existing networks and leverage those

    networks in order to prospect and nurture opportunities that lead to sales.

    Overall we are looking for self-driven designers, who can manage project costing and

    quotations, Initiate the leads and close the leads by providing professional advice on space

    planning, design conceptualization, material and color scheme specifications

    -Branding for dealer shops, Display centers, and promotional items planning

    -Display branding planning and execution for dealer shops and studios

    -EBCO custom-designed posters, catalogue, and other promotional items for events and

    occasions

    -Vendor management (co-ordination) involved in the showroom executions for Display,

    Branding and bills

    -Payment follow-ups and other financial co-ordination between with the vendors and SIA

    related to Projects handled (Checking Bills as per the quotation, cross-checking and forwarding

    the same to concerned departments after approval)

    Competencies:

    1. Presentable, Strong communication and Presentation skills.

    2. In-depth technical knowledge in AUTO CAD, sketch up, Lumion, MS Excel

    3. Creative Design Skills

    4. Ability to visualize concepts and explain them to clients

    5. Active Listening and convincing skills
