    Job Overview

    Info HR Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resource Associate. As a Human Resource Associate, you will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, HR policies, performance management, compensation and benefits, HRIS, and labor law compliance. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, with the opportunity to work closely with our clients and assist them in their HR needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for HR.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
    • 2+ years of experience in HR role
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques
    • Familiarity with employee relations concepts and best practices
    • Experience in designing and delivering training programs
    • Working knowledge of HR policies and procedures
    • Ability to analyze and interpret HR data
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Knowledge of labor law and compliance

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, and making job offers
    • Manage employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting positive work environment
    • Assist in designing and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
    • Support performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee feedback
    • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and benefits enrollment
    • Maintain HRIS database and generate necessary reports for HR analysis and decision-making
    • Stay updated on labor law regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
