    Plum is an employee insurance and health benefits platform that simplifies, makes accessible, and inclusive health insurance for modern organizations.

    The Indian healthcare sector is experiencing a significant shift, with healthcare inflation 3x higher than general inflation. A substantial portion of Indians struggle to afford health insurance on their own; consequently, approximately 600 million Indians may rely on employer-sponsored insurance.

    Plum aims to provide high-quality insurance and healthcare to 10 million lives by FY2030 through companies that prioritize this mission. Backed by Tiger Global and Peak XV Partners, Plum seeks to revolutionize the healthcare landscape.

    About the Role

    This position is part of our Marketing team, responsible for generating a qualified pipeline that progresses through the sales funnel to build net-new closed revenue.

    We are seeking an individual who believes every interaction presents an opportunity to drive growth. The ideal candidate will build our ABM team, which uncovers, qualifies, and nurtures new-net opportunities to drive Plum's success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Owning research that informs targeted outreach planning for named accounts, capturing organizational structure, HR & Finance department changes, quarterly results, and creating high-level ROI models.
    • Collaborating with sales teams to develop strategies connecting with high-level contacts (CXOs, Directors, VPs) in owned-accounts.
    • Working closely with the Marketing team to create account-based content and collaterals.
    • Crafting personalized email, cold calling, and social selling campaigns for opportunity qualification.
    • Effectively communicating value propositions across multiple product lines to secure initial meetings with prospects.
    • Developing strong product knowledge, including Plum's playbook, ABM tactics, and selling practices.
    • Qualifying and developing outbound leads across business lines through strong communication and discovery.
    • Running 1-to-1, 1-to-few, and 1-to-many email and warm calling campaigns to generate demand and secure incremental net-new prospects.
    • Tracking the effectiveness of the end-to-end marketing funnel from lead generation to sales qualification, comparing various campaigns.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing prospecting roles.
    • Preferably experience in SAAS or IT companies.
    • Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.
    • Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
    • Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and end-customers.
    • Prior exposure to tools like Sales Navigator, CRMs, Lusha, Seamless.ai, Outreach.io.
    • A proven track record of consistency in achieving targets.

    Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum
