ROLEOBJECTIVE:

Thefirst objective is to develop Architectural designsfor our enterprise customers across theM365 stack with a deep focus on one ofyour core specialties (Desktop M365 Security Compliance orCollaboration)

The second objective of the roleis to provide presales support with the wider presales and salesteam to understand and develop the opportunities across the ModernWork practice enabling the endtoend ownership from the deal throughdelivery and execution.

The third objective ofthe role is to provide guidance and coaching to the delivery teamsfrom a solution perspective to ensure integrity and consistency ofthe delivery

Finally the Solution Architect willbe instrumental in creating IP and propositions to engage withmaximum effectiveness in the market and acceleratedelivery

SUMMARY:

• Developenterpriseclass Solution designs for the M365 stackand Technical architectural designs within yourexpert space
• Engage with clients at thePresales stage and solution deals
• Provide Technical guidance andcoaching on delivery
• Develop propositionsinsights IP and collateral for client discussions anddelivery

MAINDUTIES:

• Be able to understand in detailWorkplace technologies and advisecustomers on best practices and thoughtleadership.
• Act as a thought leader to helpcustomers understand the value proposition of the CloudStratexWorkplace Practice and influence key decision makers in shapingdecisions in adopting Workplacetechnologies
• You will work with the CSXinternal stakeholders across practices to promote Workplacesolutions and develop practicespecific and crosspracticepropositions

KEY SKILLS &EXPERIENCE:

Yourskills and experience include:

• Anexperienced M365 Digital Workplace Architector Consultant with experience in the architecturedesign and implementation of End User Computing and Workplacesolutions.
• Strong expertise in theMicrosoft workplace stack includingDesktop Modern Management E5 security E5Compliance and understanding of CI/CDpipelines
• Technical knowledge ofworkplace virtualization solutions(Citrix App V WVD) and Mobile DeviceManagement
• Experience with hybrid andclouddelivered solutions and architectures such as AzureSkype for Business GSuite Exchange Online SharePointOnline TeamsOneDrive
• Understanding and industry exposure toother key thirdparty tools for user experience management devicemanagement and environmentmonitoring
• PowerShell development(Azure SQL Server Windows Admin/engineerlevel)
• Customerfacing skills stakeholdermanagement Clevel engagement
• Public speaking atevents
